1. Warranty Coverage

We provide a 5‑year limited warranty from the date of delivery covering:

  • Material Defects: Cracks, chips, or structural failures in the stone not caused by external damage.

  • Workmanship: Flaws in engraving, polishing, or finishing performed by Blessed Tombstones.

2. What’s Not Covered

  • Accidental Damage: Damage resulting from drops, impacts, vandalism, or natural disasters (storms, floods, earthquakes).

  • Improper Handling: Damage during unloading or relocation without professional assistance.

  • Wear & Tear: Natural weathering, surface discoloration, or moss/lichen growth.

  • Unauthorized Modifications: Repairs or alterations by third parties not approved by Blessed Tombstones.

3. Warranty Claim Process

  2. Documentation: Provide photos of the defect, your order number, delivery date, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Evaluation: Our team will assess your claim and respond within 5 business days with next steps.

  4. Resolution: If covered, we will repair or replace the defective portion at no extra cost. On‑site repairs may apply for installed monuments.

4. Repairs & Replacements

  • Repair: Minor chips or flaws will be repaired by our technicians using matching materials and finishes.

  • Replacement: For irreparable defects, we will replace the tombstone at no additional charge under the original specifications.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the tombstone. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use or emotional distress.
