Cancellation Policy for Blessed Tombstones

Thank you for choosing Blessed Tombstones. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our cancellation policy:


1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Free Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without penalty, provided the fabrication process has not begun.

  • Cancellation After 24 Hours: Cancellations requested after 24 hours but before production starts may incur a 10% processing fee of the total order value.


2. Production Status

  • Not Yet in Production: If production has not begun, cancellations or changes (e.g., design, inscription) may be accepted with the applicable processing fee.

  • In Production or Completed: Once fabrication has started or the tombstone is completed, cancellations are not accepted. You may, however, request modifications or reorders.


3. How to Cancel

  1. Submit Request: Email info@blessedtombstones.co.za or WhatsApp 076 478 0471 with your order number and cancellation request.

  2. Confirmation: We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and advise on any applicable fees.

  3. Refund Processing: Approved cancellations will be refunded (minus any processing fee) via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


4. Special Orders & Custom Designs

  • Custom designs, private-label engraving, and bespoke orders require a non-refundable deposit (typically 50%).

  • Deposits are forfeited if cancellation is requested after 24 hours or once production begins.


5. Modifications

If you need to change your order details (e.g., inscription text, design tweaks) before production starts, please submit changes in writing. Minor modifications may be accommodated without fee if requested within 24 hours.
