Return Policy – Blessed Tombstones
At Blessed Tombstones, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery or collection.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.
- Custom or personalized tombstones (including custom inscriptions or special designs) are not eligible for return, unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
Return Process
- Contact our support team via call at 076 478 0471 or email at sales@blessedtombstones.co.za within the 30-day period.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
- Please note: Shipping fees for returns (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our side.
